To reserve your apartment home, you can expect to pay the following:

• Application fee: $40 per person
• Administration fee: $200
• Refundable security deposit: $250

We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process.

Based on the Fido results from Pet Screening, the pet fees range from $300-400 per pet and the pet rent will range from $25-45 per pet.

All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application. Start your screening process now if you haven’t done so already. Click here to begin!

Other monthly fees to anticipate:

• Renters Insurance, with a minimum liability of $300,000, is also required prior to picking up your keys. You’re welcome to purchase your own policy with your own provider, or work through our preferred provider. They offer policies for approximately $18/month. 
• Rental State Tax: $14.50
• Parcel Locker Fee $6.00
• Parking: $10 or $30 for reserved parking
• Internet: $40

Residents are responsible for all utilities.

We are currently open from 10am-4pm on Saturday and closed on Sundays.

3 months is the minimum lease term we offer.

The maximum lease term we offer is 14 months.

Overlook at Sunset Point offers a convenient on-site resident laundry center.

Century Link Quick Connect is the preferred provider at our community. Your apartment home will come with the modem pre-installed. Your home will come pre-wired with cable services.

Overlook at Sunset Point offers an outdoor parking lot with both covered and uncovered spots. Covered parking may be reserved for a fee by contacting the leasing office for more information.

Your credit is run at the time of application. We are provided a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
