We have teamed up with Pet Screening to ensure that all pets and animals in the community are registered and thoroughly screened. Your animals will participate in the pet screening process.

Based on the Fido results from Pet Screening, the pet fees range from $300-400 per pet and the pet rent will range from $25-45 per pet.
  
All applicants, even those without pet households or assistance animals, must complete our pet screening. You must complete the screening to continue your application. If you haven't done so already, start your screening process now.
