Retreat at Patriot Park is pet-friendly for both cats and dogs who qualify!

To reserve your apartment home, you can expect to pay the following:

• Application fee: $55 per person
• Refundable security deposit: $500 up to 1 month of rent
• Utility start-up fee: $17
• Community amenity fee: $10/month

Following a one-time screening fee of $25, you’ll be responsible for a $300 refundable pet deposit and $35 per month per pet in rent.

All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application. Start your screening process now if you haven’t done so already. Click here to begin!

Residents are responsible for all utilities, largely based on usage. Certain fees, like administrative or internet services, are a flat rate.

We are currently open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.

We are available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

We offer a minimum lease term of 9 months.

The maximum lease term we offer is 15 months.
