Peter Partipilo joins the firm to source and execute new investment opportunities in support of Avanti’s overall business strategy
Denver, CO – May 26, 2022 – Avanti Residential, an experienced investor and owner-operator of lifestyle-forward multifamily communities in the U.S., today announced the addition of Peter Partipilo to its executive team as director of acquisitions. Partipilo joins Avanti with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including 14 years in acquisitions, dispositions, fund strategy and joint-venture structuring on investments throughout the risk spectrum on a national basis. At Avanti, Partipilo will drive growth for the firm through the identifying and securing of new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Avanti, Partipilo was head of multifamily acquisitions at Forum Investment Group where he helped design and execute the firm’s overall acquisitions strategy, policies and procedures in Forum’s target markets.
Avanti expanded beyond its Southwestern U.S. and Rocky Mountain footprint in 2021 with three acquisitions in South Florida totaling more than $300 million, including 500 Ocean in Boynton Beach, Sanctuary Doral and Arte Apartment Homes in downtown St. Petersburg.
Avanti was an active entrant in the greater Kansas City area last year as well, where it has now acquired six apartment communities, including the 306-unit Village West Apartments and the 311-unit Prairie View at Village West.
The firm was also the buyer on one of the largest apartment transactions in the Denver metropolitan area in 2021, purchasing the 397-unit Forum Fitzsimons for $159 million. Avanti owns and manages a portfolio of 8,500 units nationwide.
