Avanti’s 7th Annual Giving Week: Coming Together to Impact Our Communities

October 1, 2026

New Development

At Avanti Residential, our mission extends beyond owning and operating welcoming communities across the U.S.—we are deeply committed to uplifting the neighborhoods where our residents, partners, and team members live and work. We are thrilled to announce Avanti’s 7th Annual Giving Week, taking place from October 5 through October 16, 2026.

What is Giving Week?
Giving Week is our signature annual fundraising initiative, bringing together our employees, residents, vendors, and investors for a dedicated effort to support local non-profit organizations. Each year, our entire company rallies around a shared cause to drive meaningful, tangible change in our regional markets.

To help our collective generosity go even further, Avanti Chairman Doug Andrews generously matches contributions raised during the campaign. This match allows every participant to maximize their impact and provide vital funding to our non-profit partners.

Why Giving Week Matters to Us
Home and community are at the very core of what we do. We believe that everyone deserves stability, opportunity, and a safe place to live. Giving Week allows us to actively put our values into practice by directly assisting individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. By partnering with organizations focused on employment, education, and permanent housing, we help create pathways toward long-term independence and security.

Our 2026 Partner Organizations
This year, we are proud to direct our fundraising efforts toward four incredible non-profit organizations working tirelessly on the front lines of community support:

  • Entryway (Denver & Arizona): Entryway transitions individuals and families out of situational homelessness by providing career training, employment placement, and housing in the multifamily industry. By partnering with apartment owners and managers, Entryway creates a sustainable path toward economic self-sufficiency.
  • Foster Kids KC: Foster Kids KC provides critical resources, support systems, and essential aid to foster youth and families throughout the greater Kansas City area. Their work ensures that vulnerable children receive the stability, care, and encouragement needed to thrive.
  • Mile High United Way: Serving the Metro Denver area, Mile High United Way focuses on early childhood education, academic success, and family financial stability. They unite local resources to tackle systemic challenges and build resilient communities.
  • United Way Suncoast: Operating across the Suncoast region of Florida, United Way Suncoast creates freedom from poverty through educational programs, financial capability initiatives, and essential support services for working families.
  • Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity: Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity builds and repairs affordable homes in El Paso County, Colorado, partnering with local families to achieve long-term housing stability. Beyond homebuilding, the organization operates local ReStores that collect and resell donated home goods to directly fund community housing initiatives.

How You Can Get Involved

Whether you are an Avanti resident, employee, vendor partner, or community member, your support makes a direct difference. During Giving Week, you can contribute directly to any of our regional partner charities through our official pledge portal.

Together, we can transform lives and strengthen our neighborhoods. Keep an eye out for campaign updates and join us in making Giving Week 2026 our most impactful drive yet!
