To reserve your apartment home, you can expect to pay the following:

• Application fee: $55.00 per person
• Administration fee: $225
• Refundable security deposit: $500 on approved credit

We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process.

Based on the Fido results from Pet Screening, the pet fees range from $300-400 per pet and the pet rent will range from $25-45 per pet.

All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application. Start your screening process now if you haven’t done so already. Click here to begin!

Renters Insurance, with a minimum liability of $300,000 is also required prior to picking up your keys. You are welcome to purchase your own policy with your own provider, or work through our preferred provider. They offer policies that range from $13-17/mo.

Residents are responsible for all utilities.

We offer Amazon Hub Lockers for our residents’ packages.

We are currently open from 10am-4pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.

We are available Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm.

Kansas City offers Crossroads Charter Schools, offering tuition-free education with a rigorous K-12 academic curriculum.

3 months is the minimum lease term we offer.

The maximum lease term we offer is 14 months.

Each apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer inside the apartment home. We are unable to remove our washer and dryer; therefore, your own could not be brought or installed in your unit.

We offer bulk Wi-Fi service for $69/monthly. This is billed with your monthly rent. Any additional speeds or cable can be added to your home by contacting AT&T directly.

We offer a parking garage for residents at a monthly cost of $95 per vehicle. We are unable to accommodate trailers, RV’s, or off-road vehicles.

We are just down the road from the Crossroads tram stop and the Grand at 19th bus stop, as well as a 15-minute walk Union Station Kansas City.

Your credit is run at the time of application. We are provided with a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All approvals comply with the requirements of the Kansas City Ordinance.
