Application/Screening FAQ

We offer a flexible alternative to a traditional security deposit through our partner, Jetty. Approved residents can meet their deposit requirement with a small, non-refundable monthly payment or a low one-time payment, helping make move-in costs more manageable. Enrollment is completely optional and easy to complete online after approval. Residents are still responsible for rent, utilities, and any move-out charges, and all pricing is provided directly by Jetty.

Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process. All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. We do not offer complimentary package receiving in the office.

We are currently closed on Saturday and Sundays.

We are available Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm.

12 months is the minimum lease term we offer. Month-to-month options are available upon the end of your initial lease term.

The maximum lease term we offer is 15 months.

Each apartment comes equipped with a full-size front load washer and dryer inside the apartment home. We are unable to remove them if you choose to bring your own washer and dryer.

Please reach out to the leasing office for more information. We are unable to accommodate satellite dishes.

Parking is included with our apartment homes; only one vehicle per licensed resident is allowed. We are unable to accommodate trailers, RV’s, or off-road vehicles. We do offer garages.

We are down the road from the Bus 22 at Jet Wing/Fenton.

Your credit is run at the time of application. We are provided with a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
