We offer a flexible alternative to a traditional security deposit through our partner, Jetty. Approved residents can meet their deposit requirement with a small, non-refundable monthly payment or a low one-time payment, helping make move-in costs more manageable. Enrollment is completely optional and easy to complete online after approval. Residents are still responsible for rent, utilities, and any move-out charges, and all pricing is provided directly by Jetty.

We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process. All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application. Residents are responsible for their own utilities.
We do not accept packages in the leasing office.
We are open on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm and closed on Sundays.

Your credit is run at the time of application. We are provided a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
