We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process.
Based on the Fido results from Pet Screening, the refundable pet deposit is $300 and the pet rent is $35.
All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application. Start your screening process now if you haven’t done so already. Click here to begin!
Renters Insurance:
- Renters Insurance, with a minimum liability of $300,000, is also required prior to picking up your keys. You’re welcome to purchase your own policy with your own provider or work through our preferred provider. They offer policies that range from $13-17/mo.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. Water and Sewer are billed based on square footage and occupancy of each apartment home. Gas and common area electricity are billed based on total occupied square footage of the community.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month and considered late on the 2nd. We are a digital company and we accept rent via our online portal, resident app, or via a program called WIPS (Walk-In Payment System) that is similar to a money order system. Please talk to our office team for more details on all of these.
We are available on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays.
We’re available Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.
3 months is the minimum lease term we offer. Month-to-month options are available upon the end of your initial lease term.
The maximum lease term we offer is 13 months.
We offer 17 laundry rooms throughout our community which are available between 8:30 am and 10:30 pm. Gone are the days of finding quarters to do laundry. All our machines are operable with a re-fillable laundry card that can be reloaded in our leasing office.
Comcast/Xfinity or CenturyLink are the preferred providers for our community. Each apartment home comes with jacks pre-installed for easy setup. We are unable to accommodate satellite dishes.
Parking is uncovered and included with your apartment home with a $10 fee per vehicle. All spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis. There is a limit of two cars per apartment home and parking permits are issued for leaseholders. We are unable to accommodate trailers, RV’s, or off-road vehicles.
Your credit and background check are run at the time of application. We are provided a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
