To reserve your apartment home, you can expect to pay the following:
- Application fee: $55 per person
- Administration fee: $175
- Refundable security deposit: $500 on approved credit
- Ask us about our alternative to traditional security deposits with our partner, Jetty

We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process.
Based on the Fido results from Pet Screening, the pet fees range from $300-400 per pet and the pet rent will range from $25-45 per pet.
All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application. Start your screening process now if you haven’t done so already. Click here to begin!
Other fees to anticipate:
- Unattached reserved garage (if needed): $75-100/month
- Valet Trash Removal: $25
- All rent and fees are subject to the required City of Phoenix’s sales tax of 2.3%
- Renters Insurance, with a minimum liability of $300,000, is also required prior to picking up your keys. You’re welcome to purchase your own policy with your own provider or work through our preferred provider. They offer policies that range from $13-17/mo.
Residents are responsible for all utilities.
We utilize a service that allows you to place your neatly tied trash outside your door between 6pm-9pm from Sunday-Thursday, where it will be picked up. No more trips to the dumpster for everyday trash and recycling!
We are available from 10am to 4pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
Were available Monday-Friday from 10am – 6pm.
3 months is the minimum lease term we offer.
The maximum lease term we offer is 14 months.
Every apartment home comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer inside the apartment home. We are unable to remove them if you choose to bring your own washer and dryer.
Cox Communications is the preferred provider at our community. Your apartment home will come with the internet and cable jacks pre-installed for easy setup.
The cost of one reserved covered parking space is provided with each apartment home. All uncovered parking spaces are unassigned and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Assigned detached garages are available for $75-100/mo. We are unable to accommodate trailers, RV’s, or off-road vehicles.
Your credit and background check are run at the time of application. We are provided a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies must be discharged to be considered.
We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Bilt as our rent payment platform! With Bilt, you earn points on each rent payment, which you can use towards travel, fitness, rent credit, and more. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn points on other everyday purchases, get access to new Rent Day benefits each month, and be able to opt in to free rent reporting.
