We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process.
Based on the Fido results from Pet Screening, the refundable pet deposit is $300, and the pet rent is $35.
All applicants, even those with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application. Start your screening process now if you haven't done so already.
