Application/Screening FAQ

Retreat at Patriot Park is pet-friendly for both cats and dogs who qualify!

 

We offer a flexible alternative to a traditional security deposit through our partner, Jetty. Approved residents can meet their deposit requirement with a small, non-refundable monthly payment or a low one-time payment, helping make move-in costs more manageable. Enrollment is completely optional and easy to complete online after approval. Residents are still responsible for rent, utilities, and any move-out charges, and all pricing is provided directly by Jetty. 

If you are bringing along your furry friends, you can also expect: Click here to learn about our Pet Policy. We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process. All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Residents are responsible for all utilities, largely based on usage. Certain fees, like administrative or internet services, are a flat rate.

 

We are currently open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.

 

We are available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

We offer a minimum lease term of 12 months.

 

The maximum lease term we offer is 18 months.

 

Residents can opt for garage parking, depending on availability.
