Avanti Residential Donates to and Attends 20th Anniversary Chrysalis Butterfly Ball
Avanti Senior leaders represented our organization at the 20th Anniversary Chrysalis Butterfly Ball, held on Saturday, October 1 in Los Angeles. CEO and President Christian Garner, Executive Vice President Brenda Gammie, VP of Innovation Ian Andrews, and SVP of Counsel Drew Rippey were in attendance and enjoyed a night of fun, business networking, and philanthropy.
Since 1991, the Chrysalis Organization’s mission has been to serve those navigating barriers to the workforce through a range of offerings, from job-readiness programs to paid transitional employment. Chrysalis works to empower clients on their journey achieve stability, security, and fulfillment, both in and outside of work.
They have raised over $20 million to help individuals out of homelessness and poverty through stable employment since the start of their Butterfly Ball twenty years ago and this year’s event raised $2 million toward their mission. Avanti Residential is proud to have contributed $16,000 to this astounding organization doing important work to provide stability and security tools to those in need. We look forward to continuing our philanthropic efforts, both with Chrysalis and other organizations contributing to important causes.
