At Avanti Residential, we appreciate our hard-working team members who strive to live our core values each day of meeting our company goals. To show this appreciation, Avanti's Chairman Doug Andrews has established the Avanti Shares program, a profit-sharing plan that provides all Avantians with an opportunity for profit-sharing bonuses, in addition to standard bonus programs; he is generously contributing a significant portion of his profits to the program.
Shares in the plan are awarded to Avantians each year, based on position, tenure and performance. The longer employees remain with Avanti, the greater their potential to earn more shares. The better each property performs, the larger the potential bonus. To further retention of our best talent, the payout is made over a 3-year period.
Avanti first began plan distributions in 2021 and expects to continue profit distributions annually.
Doug shared the following during an Avanti leadership conference, “the idea is to get the whole team to think like owners because they will benefit from the result. With this program in place, our teams can focus on performance, maximizing revenue, controlling expenses, and most importantly – taking great care of our residents. I’m proud to offer this program as a benefit of working for Avanti and know it will create lasting tenure for our most stellar team members.”
