Application/Screening FAQ

We offer a flexible alternative to a traditional security deposit through our partner, Jetty. Approved residents can meet their deposit requirement with a small, non-refundable monthly payment or a low one-time payment, helping make move-in costs more manageable. Enrollment is completely optional and easy to complete online after approval. Residents are still responsible for rent, utilities, and any move-out charges, and all pricing is provided directly by Jetty.

Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process. All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. We offer complimentary package receiving in the office.

We are currently open on Saturday from 10am to 4pm and are closed on Sundays.

We’re available Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm.

3 months is the minimum lease term we offer. Month-to-month options are available upon the end of your initial lease term.

The maximum lease term we offer is 13 months.

Laundry rooms are available within each of our buildings. Payment can be done with quarters or a Smartphone app that works specifically with our machines.

Comcast/Xfinity Is available for cable and internet and all our apartment homes come with jacks pre-installed for your convenience. We are unable to accommodate satellite dishes.

Yes. Each building comes equipped with elevators for easy move-in.

The cost of parking in our parking lot is included with our apartment homes on a first-come-first-served basis. Reserved covered spots are available for our residents to rent. We are unable to accommodate trailers, RV’s, or off-road vehicles.

 

Your credit and background check are run at the time of application. We are provided a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies must be discharged to be considered.
