We offer a flexible alternative to a traditional security deposit through our partner, Jetty. Approved residents can meet their deposit requirement with a small, non-refundable monthly payment or a low one-time payment, helping make move-in costs more manageable. Enrollment is completely optional and easy to complete online after approval. Residents are still responsible for rent, utilities, and any move-out charges, and all pricing is provided directly by Jetty.

We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process. All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application. We do not offer complimentary package receiving in the office.
We are currently open from 10am-4pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
We are available Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm.

3 months is the minimum lease term we offer. Month-to-month options are available upon the end of your initial lease term.
The maximum lease term we offer is 15 months.
Every apartment home comes equipped with a full-size stackable washer and dryer inside the apartment home. We are unable to remove them if you choose to bring your own washer and dryer.
Comcast/Xfinity Is available for cable or internet. Century Link is available for internet only. We are unable to accommodate satellite dishes.
Parking is monitored by ParkM and available on a first-come-first-served basis. We are unable to accommodate trailers, RV’s, or off-road vehicles.

We are 7 minutes from the Original Thornton & 88th Transit Station, which services the N Train and Buses 88L and 92.
Your credit and background check are run at the time of application. We are provided a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
