We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process.
Based on the Fido results from Pet Screening, the refundable pet deposit is $300 and the pet rent is $35.

Renters Insurance:
Residents are responsible for all utilities.
We do not offer complimentary package receiving in the office.
We utilize a service that allows you to place your neatly tied trash outside your door between 6pm-9pm Sunday-Thursday where it will be picked up. No more trips to the dumpster for everyday trash and recycling!
We are available from 10am-4pm on Saturday and closed on Sundays.
We are available Monday-Friday 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.
3 months is the minimum lease term we offer.
The maximum lease term we offer is 13 months.
Every apartment home comes equipped with a full-size stackable washer and dryer inside the apartment home. We are unable to remove them if you choose to bring your own washer and dryer.
Comcast/Xfinity and Century Link are the preferred providers in our community. Your apartment home will come with the internet and cable jacks pre-installed for easy setup.
Parking is available as either single spaces for $75/month or $125/month for one tandem parking space that is able to accommodate two vehicles. All parking is in our underground controlled-access garage. We are unable to accommodate trailers, RV’s, or off-road vehicles.
We are down the street from Bus 228 at Appia & South Boulder Rd.
Your credit and background check are run at the time of application. We are provided a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. No open bankruptcies can be accepted.
