We have partnered with Pet Screening to ensure all pets and animals within the community are registered and properly screened. Your animals will go through the Pet Screening process.

Based on the Fido results from Pet Screening, the refundable pet deposit is $300 and the pet rent is $35 per pet. We have a 2-pet maximum.

All applicants, even with no pet households or assistance animals, need to complete our pet screening. Screening must be completed to continue your application. Start your screening process now if you haven’t done so already. Click here to begin!

Renters Insurance:

Renters Insurance, with a minimum liability of $300,000, is also required prior to picking up your keys. You’re welcome to purchase your own policy with your own provider, or work through our preferred provider. They offer policies that range from $13-17/mo. If you are utilizing your own renter’s insurance, please check our requirements to ensure compliance; our leasing team is happy to assist with any questions you may have!

Residents are responsible for all utilities.

We do not accept packages in the leasing office. 

We are currently closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

We are available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.

3 months is the minimum lease term we offer.

The maximum lease term we offer is 12 months.

Each apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer inside the apartment home. We are unable to remove them if you choose to bring your own washer and dryer.

AT&T is available for cable or internet. We are unable to accommodate satellite dishes.

Detached garage spaces are available for rent at $195 a month. However, regular parking is included at 2 parking permits per unit. We are unable to accommodate trailers, RV’s, or off-road vehicles.

We are down the road from the Alpine Ridge-Meadowlark Bus Stop, as well as the Sunray Meadows-Sunburst Bus Stop. We are a quick drive to Route 40/S. Lincoln Ave and less than 20 minutes from the Steamboat Springs Airport.

Your credit is run at the time of application. We are provided a simple approval or denial. Some denials may be able to be approved with a higher security deposit based on creditworthiness. Bankruptcies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
